Veterinary Receptionist - Owego

Endless Mountains Veterinary Center, PC is seeking candidates for a part to full time Clinic Receptionist Position in our Owego location! This vital role involves providing exceptional client service, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting the daily operations of our animal care facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for client care, and familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures. Experience in pet care, animal handling, and laboratory procedures is highly valued to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent client interactions, but not required.

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and checking them in and out of appointments. Completing financial transactions including cash, check and credit card processing and drawer reconciliation. Answering calls on a multi-line phone system. Taking messages as needed and relaying them to the appropriate staff. Ensuring that documentation is completed for client files.
