Job Description

The primary role is for a Receptionist. You will perform a variety of client service procedures, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining internal veterinary and client records, general area maintenance, and providing support and assistance to clients, veterinarians, and other staff as needed. We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of direct experience in veterinary medicine who understands the basics and is ready to grow. Most importantly, we're looking for passion —we can train skills, but heart is what drives great care. Knowledge of practice software a must. Needs to be friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-stress situations. Must have animal care experience.
