Job Description

Medical Front Desk Receptionist We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical office. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients professionally and provide excellent customer service. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Enter and update patient information accurately. Navigate multiple medical office and computer systems. Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending information. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, attorneys, insurance representatives, and coworkers. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Assist with general administrative and office duties. Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure the office operates efficiently. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required deadlines. Qualifications Previous medical front desk or medical office experience is preferred. Strong computer knowledge and the ability to learn different systems. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office. Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
