Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help maintain smooth office operations and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify their appointments, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining supplies Perform data entry using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software to update records accurately Support clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling mail distribution Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated office experience with familiarity in office management and clerical tasks Technical proficiency with computer literacy, multi-line phone systems, and productivity software Exceptional phone etiquette with experience in client communication and customer service Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous personal assistant or front desk experience is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
