The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to work well with others. This position will include answering incoming telephone calls and welcoming visitors. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proficient in computer usage, is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently using EHR systems. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing multi-line phone systems. Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth office operations.
