Job Description

Come join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant! Cinque Chiropractic is looking for an energetic health-conscience individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. We are a busy chiropractic clinic in Schenectady, NY hiring a Front Desk Receptionist. The position is part-time Monday through Thursday, possibly Friday's and must be able to work until after 6:30pm. Duties will be front desk responsibilities, answering phones, scheduling patients, and insurance verification. Excellent customer service and experience is a MUST! Serious inquiries only! Duties:
  • Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
  • Providing information to patients about chiropractic procedures and services
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
  • Processing payments and handling insurance verification
  • Creating patient investment plans
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff or clients
  • Support office management tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Provide customer service support by addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy The perfect candidate will need to be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and high-energy office, and able to multi-task responsibilities with ease.
