Sales Representative/Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a part-time position for an individual to sell and represent our products. This position is currently part time requiring 1-3 days a week from the hours of 9am-5pm on weekdays and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. Working Saturday's are required to be considered for employment. This individual will be responsible for attending 1-2 fairs a year and working split hours during those events. Specifically, we are searching for someone with a background in a customer service position/role and eager to challenge themselves. Pay is based on a hourly rate of $16.50 + sales commission's earned. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relations in person, by phone, and through online social media sites. Help customers through the sales process and identify their wants/needs. Answering phone calls and responding to social media messages as needed. Basic housekeeping such as cleaning your desk, sweeping, and taking out the trash. Collaborate with team members in office and across multiple sales locations to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our programs. Maintaining accurate records of inventory across multiple locations Represent 1-3 fair events each year Assist driver is scheduling and rescheduling of shed deliveries Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail required.
