Receptionist Duties:

Front Desk Management:

Greeting and directing visitors. Managing the flow of people entering and exiting the building. Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.

Telephone Management :

Answering and transferring phone calls. Taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly. Paging overhead

Administrative Support :

Providing support to other departments Handling mail and deliveries.

Customer Service :

Providing information and assistance to visitors and clients. Addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Communication Skills:
