About the Role The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers while providing exceptional service and maintaining delivery accuracy. This role plays a key part in supporting customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and the timely distribution of perishable products throughout the assigned delivery region. What You'll Do Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete daily delivery routes Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fresh flowers and floral products to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and work environment Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication and service Utilize maps, GPS, and routing information to maximize delivery efficiency Load, unload, and transport products safely while maintaining product quality standards Support warehouse operations and product handling activities as needed Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires working in warehouse, cooler, and delivery environments, including temperatures around 34°F. Employees regularly use equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and box cutters. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb in and out of a truck, and lift or move up to 60 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
