401(k) Health insurance Paid time off We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) receptionist to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate fluently in Spanish and English , both orally and in writing. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Maintain constant communication with clients and team members via email. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings . Handle and sort correspondence, mail, and packages . Maintain accurate records and databases . Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing. Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
