Be at the forefront of our organization, interacting with clients and visitors daily. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor Manage a multi-line telephone system Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about services Schedule appointments, reschedule appointments and maintain calendars Assist clients in completing registration forms Managing confidential records carefully and keeping them organized Check and sort incoming mail Prepare and send outgoing mail Scan and distribute documents as needed Monitor and maintain office inventory, ensuring timely communication with management regarding restocking needs Ensure therapy rooms are maintained in a clean condition with light tidying as needed between uses Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required
