Job Description
Green Acres Veterinary Center is seeking an exceptional Client Services Representative to join our team! Do you want to work for a state of the art, AAHA accredited veterinary facility? There is plenty of room to learn and grow at this busy facility! An ideal CSR must be professional, compassionate and motivated. Effective communication is key for this position as you will be interacting with clients and team members. Green Acres Veterinary Center is a 24-hour emergency hospital, so every day may be different! Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Typical tasks include, but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer services through all interactions with clients and patients Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments Checking patients in/out General use of office equipment Coordinating the flow of pets and owners in the lobby Ability to learn basic veterinary medicine terminology and standards of care Becoming familiar with retail products, medications, vaccinations, etc. Handling incoming emergency check-ins/in-take of critical patients Recommending wellness services and preventative products Resolving custom conflict and informal client complaints
