Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and support daily administrative operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment while ensuring smooth office functioning. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the correct departments or personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with accuracy. Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times. Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, scanning/copying, and postage. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and spreadsheets to update records accurately. Assist with clerical duties for operations staff and administrative projects. Skills Proven experience with office management and administrative support roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data organization. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities. Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, data entry tools, and general computer literacy. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
