Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting veterinary staff while ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital environment. Duties Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling using our practice management software. Handle payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding pet care, hospital services, and veterinary terminology. Maintain organized records of patient information with attention to detail. Qualifications Prior experience in veterinary reception or customer service within an animal healthcare setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, veterinary staff, and team members. Basic understanding of veterinary terminology, animal restraint methods, and pet care best practices is essential.
