Evening Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist job description: We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Evening (2:30pm-11:00pm) Front Desk Representative. As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for maintaining a positive customer experience. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay. Front Desk Representative duties and responsibilities Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies Greet, communicate with and welcome guests Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints Checking in and checking out guests with accuracy Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination Prepare and manage outgoing mail Monitor and update records and files Application will be accepted in person at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1290 Arsenal Street, Watertown, NY 13601.
