Job Description

Duties Description Receptionist duties to include greeting the public, providing phone coverage, processing incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, typing, data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, pool vehicle reservation requests, and other duties as needed. Assist the Administrative Specialist with mailings, scheduling interviews, and typing. Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title. Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2027, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
