Role:
Candidate must provide exceptional customer service in person and over the telephone. Review and research in firm's case management system then transferring voicemails, distribute faxes and emails from the main mailboxes to the correct employees/attorneys Answer the main door for visitors, applicants, vendors, sign for mail and packages Stamp and sort through the incoming USPS Mail, FedEx and UPS packages Prepare UPS package labels on request Meter outgoing USPS mail throughout the day Gather outgoing UPS packages in preparation for pickup each day Maintain visual (at reception) on outgoing mail & UPS packages until picked up by appropriate parties each day Unpack office supply orders once delivered and place in supply closets Assist with other tasks as needed per the Facilities Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Excellent and professional verbal communication and client interpersonal skills Solid computer skills and keyboarding skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills High level of proven confidentiality Self-motivated and proactive individual Ability to deescalate situations over the phone
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Remaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer with dual monitors. Prolonged periods of keyboarding; repeating motions including wrists, hands and fingers. Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
At least one-year office experience or experience in a high-volume environment
•Base pay offered will vary by candidate and is based on various individual factors including but not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits). If offered, details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
