Full Job Description Role:
The Front Desk/Creator of First Impression is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to new financial representatives and the managing director. This role involves managing reception duties, onboarding, and assisting with new business activities to ensure smooth integration for new team members. Additionally, the coordinator plays a key role in compliance and maintaining accurate records to support overall office efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.
Reception Duties:
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2.
Administrative Support:
  • Support office manager and managing director in operation of office
  • Collaborate with district teams to support office growth
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed. 3. Associate PRO
  • Process new business for new financial representatives
  • Manage underwriting
  • Collaborate with new representatives to build their practices 4.
Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to support office functions.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and communications.
Results:
  • New Representative Satisfaction:
    Achieve high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Culture of Compliance:
    Maintain smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Service Improvement:
Implement enhancements that lead to measurable improvements in office operations
