We are looking for an experienced and motivated Receptionist to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Receptionist position details:
We are hiring for a Full Time (37.5 hours/week) position. The scheduled hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. No weekends or holidays are required!
Receptionist job duties include:
Answer telephone; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department. Receive requests from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system. Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures. Greet residents, staff, visitors and guests warmly. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident apartment. Monitor presence and location of visitors in the community and ensure that they abide to the Canterbury Woods rules of conduct. Report suspicious persons/information to supervisor immediately. Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, mail distribution, etc.) Receptionist benefits include: 90% paid health insurance. Free dental and life insurance. Receptionist qualifications:
1 year experience in a clerical position, or successful completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college, is preferred. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/staff, and the general public.
