We partner with retirement plan sponsors and their financial professionals to deliver top-tier administration and compliance solutions for employer-sponsored retirement plans — and we're growing. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, based in our Akron, Ohio office. What You'll Do Be the welcoming first point of contact — answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, and keeping mail and packages moving (sorting, scanning, and routing incoming mail and client statements; prepping outgoing mail and shipments).
