  • Job Summary:
  • As a Front Desk Coordinator I, you will be responsible for assisting patients with check-in/out procedures, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining patient records. Your excellent communication skills and customer service mindset will be essential in providing a positive experience for patients.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Proven experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, verifying personal information Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Assist with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing Maintain and update patient records in compliance with regulations and internal protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy standards at all times Provide support in resolving patient issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner •
Work Environment:
  • This role is primarily carried out in a medical office or healthcare facility setting.
The Patient Services Coordinator I will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth operations and optimal patient care.
