Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Receptionist (Monday thru Friday, 8am-4pm) to join our team at Kimes Nursing & Rehab. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing compassionate healthcare, by putting people first. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping when necessary Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
