Job Description
Chagrin Chiropractic and Wellness is an established chiropractic and wellness clinic in Beachwood, Ohio. We're entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership and are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive environment. Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures. Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts. Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software. Help coordinate patient care and communicate with clinical staff. Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Dependable, professional, and able to multitask. Previous medical office or chiropractic experience is preferred but not required. Experience with ChiroTouch is a plus. Experience in the service industry is a plus. What We're Looking For We value personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
