Front Office Specialist /
Receptionist Location:
Boardman, OH (Main Campus)
Schedule:

We are seeking a professional Front Office Specialist for our Transitional Care Management Clinic. This role is a patient's first point of contact. The Role You will welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and handle registration. You will secure accurate medical, financial, and insurance details.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Check-In:
Greet visitors warmly and distribute required intake paperwork.
Communication:
Answer inbound phone calls. Route calls or take accurate messages.
Scheduling:
Book patient appointments and monitor reception area traffic flow.
Financials:
Collect patient co-pays. Balance cash drawers and finalize daily deposits.
Data Entry:
Update patient insurance and demographics inside the EMR.
Clinical Support:
Process pharmacy prescription requests and handle test authorizations.
Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, ODH, and facility policies.
Qualifications Experience:
Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred.
Tech Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Education:
Training in medical terminology or office administration is ideal.
