Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role provides a combination of front desk, customer service, and general office support while helping maintain an efficient and positive workplace. Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Provide information about products, services, and general company activities. Assist with scheduling appointments and daily office activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist customers and visitors with requests and follow-ups. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Support general administrative and customer service activities. Communicate customer needs and requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with routine office paperwork and organizational tasks. Help ensure the front office operates smoothly and professionally. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail. Customer-focused attitude. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
