Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a lively and professional demeanor Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage client inquiries efficiently Collect payments, process medical billing, and handle medical collections with accuracy and confidentiality Support veterinary staff by preparing animals for procedures, including animal restraint and handling Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary team regarding pet care instructions and follow-up appointments Requirements Previous experience in veterinary reception or customer service is highly preferred; familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus Knowledge of animal handling techniques and pet care practices is preferred Ability to multitask while still maintaining a high quality of service Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Strong work ethic with reliability and honesty are a must
