Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist - Edina Nails Spa We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Edina Nails Spa. You'll be the first person our clients see, so we're looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and comfortable working in a busy salon environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide friendly customer service Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Check clients in and out Process payments and handle the register Help coordinate appointments with nail technicians Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized Help with other front desk duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling systems Able to multitask in a busy environment Previous salon, spa, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred Must be available to work weekends as needed We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Pay:

From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
