Job Description

McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing Seniors to remain at home. As a Receptionist at McGregor PACE, this role is responsible for supporting administration and assisting as site receptionist.
Responsibilities:
Greets and directs all visitors and participants; Answers and directs agency phone calls. Uses paging system as necessary; Maintains customer service and professionalism while working with the public; Provides general information regarding PACE and McGregor PACE; Projects a positive image of McGregor PACE and the services provided; Receives and routes mail; prepares and sends outgoing mail, including inter-office delivery and courier service; Assists in maintaining organized, accessible and complete files, in compliance with administrative needs and organizational policies; Copies, collates and faxes. Prepares documents and correspondence, including word processing; Prepares and collates information for mailings; Inventories office supplies; Understands and helps to implement safety and security protocols. Performs additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, with coursework or experience in office management, required Experience in an office setting, including reception duties, supply/equipment inventory and maintenance Desire to work with the elderly Detail oriented; ability to multitask Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications, required Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
