We're searching for a Full-time Veterinary Receptionist who brings positivity, professionalism, and a friendly smile to our front desk.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting clients and patients with warmth and genuine care Scheduling appointments and managing a fast-paced front desk Answering phones and providing helpful, compassionate communication Assisting clients with check-in/check-out and collecting payments Coordinating medical records and maintaining accuracy in our system Supporting the veterinary team by keeping things running smoothly up front

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a veterinary office Confident multitasker with strong organization skills Calm, upbeat, and customer-service focused — even on busy days Comfortable discussing services and costs with clients Passion for animals of all types — and their humans Available to work every Sunday. A team player who brings a positive attitude and relaxed professionalism
