Job Description

M-Th, 12-8:00 and Sat, 10-2:00. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The most important quality we are looking for is an outgoing and welcoming personality . Our receptionist is the first point of contact for our families, so creating a positive experience for every parent and student is essential. The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy learning-center environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Outgoing, friendly, and welcoming personality — this is our #1 priority! Enjoys interacting with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Proficient in scheduling and managing appointments using multiple systems. Comfortable communicating with parents and students by phone, email, and in person. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with technology. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Able to drive to business, events and schools in the local area as needed. A quick learner who is comfortable learning new systems and procedures through on-the-job training. Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a Team. Additional hours added for community events.
Compensation:
