Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting window coverings that meet their needs and preferences. Provide product information and demonstrate features to enhance customer understanding. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong selling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
