Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in the Mentor, Ohio area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with administrative and clerical tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation Support department managers and facility leadership as needed Handle confidential information professionally Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, and office organization Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team
