As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services Qualifications One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills Previous experience in the dental field is preferred
