We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, people-loving Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be one of the most important parts of our clients' experience. Our reception team is much more than a front desk. You are the person who welcomes a nervous pet parent, keeps the day moving when the phones are ringing, helps our medical team stay organized, and makes sure clients feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. We're a well-established 2 full time doctor veterinary practice with wonderful clients, adorable patients, and a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. We work hard, help each other out, and have plenty of fun along the way. If you're someone who loves people, loves animals, enjoys staying busy, and can keep your cool when five things happen at once, we want to hear from you. What Your Day Might Look Like Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm — in person and on the phone Answering calls, texts, and emails while keeping appointments organized and on schedule Checking patients in and out and helping visits run smoothly Supporting our veterinarians and technicians by keeping communication clear and efficient Helping clients understand services, products, and the next steps in their pet's care Entering and maintaining accurate client and patient records Handling multiple priorities without losing your attention to detail Keeping the front desk running smoothly, even when the hospital gets busy No two days are exactly the same. What We're Looking For A positive, outgoing personality that naturally makes people feel welcome Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and is comfortable on the phone A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently multitask Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Detail-oriented and organized, even when things get hectic At least 2 years of customer service experience; veterinary or medical experience is a plus, but not required A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them Someone dependable, positive, and looking for a team they can grow with Why You'll Love Working Here
