Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time) The First and Last Impression of our Team Animal Hospital of New Albany

- Greeting clients and pets with warmth and enthusiasm—both in person and on the phone
- Answering calls, texts, and emails while keeping appointments organized and on schedule
- Checking patients in and out and ensuring visits run smoothly
- Supporting our veterinarians and technicians by keeping communication clear and efficient
- Helping clients understand services, products, and next steps in their pet's care
- Entering and maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Keeping the front desk running like a well-oiled machine—even on busy days No two days are ever exactly the same, which is why strong multitasking skills and a positive attitude are key!
What We're Looking For:
- An enthusiastic, positive personality that naturally makes people feel welcome
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking
- Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented and organized—even when things get busy
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (veterinary or medical experience is a plus, but not required)
- A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
- A team player who enjoys working with a fun, supportive group of coworkers
