Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team at Park Creek Center. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our families and visitors. You will greet the guests as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. You will also make sure residents and families are signing in/out when they leave the building. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities Greet families and visitors as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist new hire employees with paperwork Maintain a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of guests throughout their services Qualifications One to two years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Strong computer background Excellent multi-tasking skills
