Monday-Thursday 12:30 PM-6:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM About the Role We're seeking a professional, dependable Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-facing environment and excels at organization and multitasking. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact—greet visitors and manage building access with professionalism Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Manage incoming mail and distribute promptly Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document prep, and meeting room scheduling Maintain office organization and supply inventory; place orders as needed What You Bring Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Clear verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in a busy environment Work Environment & Requirements Office setting with moderate noise Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment Regular, reliable attendance is essential Why Join Us?
