Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks with enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Duties Manage Intake, directing calls efficiently and courteously while taking detailed messages when necessary Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars Maintain client files in Clio client management system and Sync, cloud-based filing systems Gather documents and other records from attorneys, Clerks of Courts, public agencies and law enforcement. Provide general clerical and administrative support such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and performing administrative tasks Skills Familiarity with Criminal Law processes preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Clio (or MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively i Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience Demonstrated office management experience along with personal assistant skills to support team members as needed Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records while managing time efficiently Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere while streamlining office operations! Pay:
