Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families. Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient. Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions. Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy and maintains visitor log. Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents. Processes mail. Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Monitor call light system; monitors front door and maintains visitor log

Experience and Requirements:

Working knowledge of basic PC skills Working knowledge of copy machine If you're interested in this position, please submit a current resume!
