Position Overview We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, communication, and keeping an office running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing the front desk while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This position is highly visible and plays a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our company. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and route incoming phone calls; take clear and accurate messages Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Coordinate lunches, meetings, and customer visits Order and manage office supplies and inventory Support internal teams with administrative tasks Assist with data entry, scheduling, and communication using Outlook and Excel Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Make collection calls and send follow-up emails regarding past-due invoices. Maintain records of payment follow-ups and communicate customer questions or account discrepancies to the accounting team. Assist with data entry, filing, mail, and maintaining office records. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as business needs arise.
