A Receptionist greets and directs customers or visitors that come in to an office or business, and answers and directs incoming phone calls. Deals with mail or courier services. May schedule appointments or meeting rooms, gather patient information, or assist with filing or other administrative support work.
Otterbein at Tipp City is looking for a compassionate Part-time Receptionist who welcomes customers on the phone and in person and responds to a wide variety of requests by accurately assessing the customer's needs and requests; and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Otterbein policies. Responsibilities Greet customers entering and leaving the community, using customer name whenever possible Answer customer calls and direct them appropriately Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and location, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year preferred Ability to be self-directed and prioritize tasks, working independently and managing time efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
