Summary We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and their families while supporting the administrative functions of our healthcare communities. Minimum starting pay rate for the position is $13.00 an hour, pay rate is negotiable based on experience The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.

Handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions.

Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
