We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our three-doctor practice! The ideal candidate is a people-person with a love for animals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records. Check clients in and out and process payments. Communicate clearly regarding appointments, treatments, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate medical records and client information. Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn veterinary software. A dependable, professional, and team-focused attitude. Experience in a veterinary clinic or reception is a plus, but not required! A genuine passion for helping animals and their owners.
