We are looking for a cheerful, energetic, and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills to complete our team. Scheduled hours include Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am- 3:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am- approximately 1:30pm (Saturday out time will vary slightly) Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Greeting clients and pets, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages for the doctors, preparing invoices and processing payments, managing medical records, charts, and correspondence, maintaining the hospital and insuring a clean and neat facility, answering non-medical questions regarding products and services. Candidates must posses the ability to work with computers, should be able to lift 25+ pounds, and excel in multitasking. Veterinary experience strongly preferred.
