Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously to the appropriate departments or personnel Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools to maintain accurate records Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, supporting overall office efficiency and document retrieval Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events as needed Support office management tasks including supply inventory checks, mail distribution, and basic administrative support Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive client communication experiences Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in using productivity software and office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles is preferred.
