Who We're Looking For Animal Charity of Ohio is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary team. As a welcoming first point of contact for our veterinary clients, you'll help create a positive experience for pets and the people who love them. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Communicate with clients in person and over the phone. Support front-desk operations and the veterinary team. Maintain accurate information with attention to detail. Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks throughout the day. Use computer systems and learn veterinary office software. What We're Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality and a professional approach. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. The ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software. The ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfort working around dogs and cats.
