Job Description
Job Summary The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers by providing professional customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and performing administrative tasks. Maintains an organized reception area, assists with office operations, handles inquiries efficiently, and ensures a positive experience for clients and employees while supporting daily business functions. Responsibilities Greeted and assisted visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answered and directed incoming phone calls while providing accurate information and taking detailed messages. Scheduled appointments, managed calendars, and coordinated meeting arrangements. Maintained organized filing systems and accurately entered data into company databases. Processed incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office correspondence. Assisted with office administrative tasks, including document preparation, copying, scanning, and record keeping. Handled customer inquiries, resolved concerns, and escalated issues when necessary. Managed office supplies inventory and placed orders as needed. Maintained a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Processed payments, prepared receipts, and balanced daily transactions when required. Demonstrated strong multitasking abilities while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Maintained confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. Requirements Proven clerical experience or office management background in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Technical proficiency in using productivity software, calendar management tools, and basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities Previous experience in front desk or administrative support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay:
