The Seasonal Property Operations Receptionist is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties as assigned in order to maintain an organized and welcoming environment for potential residents at our military installations. Combining strong customer-service skills and exceptional attention to detail, this role works independently as the first point of contact at our soldier service center leasing office.Primary Responsibilities Include:
Support the property leasing team by executing administrative tasks such as processing residency applications, preparing lease agreements, filling out paperwork, and maintaining files in an organized fashion. Serve as the first point of contact- proactively greeting, engaging, and educating office visitors and potential customers.
Role Specific Requirements Include:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role or professional office setting; experience in a property management or real estate office a plus. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and friendly demeanor. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage and make connections with potential customers. Displays self-motivation to complete a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Experience with standard clerical functions such as filing, tracking, scheduling, and data entry. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Competencies:
