100% OnsiteWe are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing and fabrication company in Tulsa. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of the office while providing administrative and human resources support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Please note: This position is primarily based in Tulsa; however, daily travel to the company's Inola facility will be required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting between locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, applicants, and delivery drivers, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while responding to general inquiries.
Provide administrative support to office staff, management, and production teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork, new hire documentation, personnel file maintenance, employment verifications, and scheduling interviews.
Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with applicant tracking.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Assist the sales and estimating teams with data entry, document preparation, and internal coordination.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Keep the reception and front office areas clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Provide additional administrative support and special projects as assigned
