As a part-time Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following: Providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service and administrative support. Projecting a positive image as representative for the credit union in receiving visitors and guests. Completing various tasks including but not limited to; greeting visitors and peers, handling various types of incoming and outgoing communication, stocking supplies, and maintaining reception or administrative areas. Performing as a gatekeeper to the corporate facilities, ensuring established security procedures are followed when granting building access. Covering for other departmental administrative areas within corporate facilities
